We are a team of artisan pie bakers who have been selling at a storefront in Historic Duluth for 4 years. We specialize in dessert and some savory pies from scratch, using seasonal ingredients. Our signature flakey pie crust is made with butter. We use no hydrogenated fats, high fructose corn syrup, artificial coloring, artificial flavors or preservatives. We offer mini 5" pies in the Studio daily, and by custom order (24-48 hours in advance) we bake full size 10" pies (8 servings) and tiny 3" (single serving) pies by the dozen.
