Fall is upon us and I thought I’d try to make something for breakfast which I hardly have the time to make for myself or have. Yes, I’ve heard it said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day but we won’t get into that shall we. I’ve had potato hash before several times but haven’t made it myself until now. I am so glad I finally can make marshmallows that taste good and don’t have a bunch of chemicals and high fructose corn syrup in them! I realize this recipe has organic white sugar in it, but marshmallows are white, after all, and I couldn’t figure out any other sweetener that produced a white, fluffy marshmallow other than white sugar.

This is my go to recipe for pulled pork in a crock pot. I’ve tried many but my family prefers this one the best. Almost all the items can be found on the market website. We’ll be doing a group buy from Wilderness Family Naturals soon and you’ll find the spices on the market then. I usually serve with a side of slaw or veggies and gluten free cornbread muffins. Leftovers make great tacos!
