Fry Farm They got 3 1/2 inches of rain in an hour last night in addition to what they got earlier this week.  Their fields are a mess and they are not sure what they will have this week so they temporarily turned off their listings.  They hope to be back the following week.

I prefer mine blended with carrot juice and spinach for a high iron, high vitamin C boost.

Cedar Rock vacation- order extra milk this week & Carrell Farms Group Buy

Cedar Rock Dairy and Farm (Raw Jersey Cow milk and pasture raised eggs) will be on vacation June 13th. Order extra milk for this week’s pick up.

Carrell Farms group buy is this weekend! Order pastured water buffalo, alpaca, and lamb this weekend. It will arrive in time for this week’s pick up.
